This training program is an introduction to the role of new media in the hospitality industry. The Workshop
The full operational online workshop is designed to give you the opportunity to learn by doing. It includes discussion section for each individual on a personal private approach. Participants will use nicknames for confidentiality. The questions will not be viewed by other participants as well as the response of the instructor. Its like being an individually private workshop. Each lesson will be followed by practical things to do  in order to develop the strategy by the end of the workshop.
